Removing the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) from a vehicle can provide a substantial increase in performance and efficiency. 

We remove the physical filter then reprogramme the ECU and delete any DPF programmes from the software. This will stop the vehicle from sensing the missing filter and prevent future DPF regeneration and DPF related warning lights. Reprogramming the ECU is vital correctly or DPF issues will continue. We can also remap the ECU for better performance and fuel efficiency.

Quite possibly one of the most common components to fail on a diesel engine. The Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) often causes problems when dirty exhaust gasses clog up the valve causing it to stick in the open position. When this happens, the engine is starved of oxygen and becomes sluggish and inefficient; in many cases, the vehicle will run in limp mode and occasionally may not start. EGR valves can also fail electronically when the internal motor or position sensors fail.

There are two parts to the EGR delete. Firstly, we blank the EGR valve preventing exhaust gasses from passing through the valve and entering the intake system. Secondly, we remap the ECU, then remove the EGR functions from the ECU software and programme the valve to remain closed. 

The AdBlue and Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system is complex with many sensors, modules and pumps. These systems can fail and are expensive to maintain and, if you cover many miles, the AdBlue tank will need frequent refilling.

Our AdBlue delete service will electronically disable the AdBlue system and remove the associated dashboard lights and warning messages. Disabling the AdBlue system is completed by reprogramming the engine management system.
